The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of professional services (“Services”) provided by JMC IT MAHAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to its clients (“Client”, “you”).
These Terms, together with any Insertion Order (IO), Purchase Order (PO), proposal, or written agreement, constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and JMC IT MAHAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Services
We provide professional media, public relations, digital branding, promotional, creative, and consultancy services. The scope, pricing, and timelines of services shall be as agreed in writing through an IO/PO or official communication.
2. Pricing & Invoicing
Invoices shall be raised as per agreed terms. Prices displayed on the website or proposal are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be borne by the Client.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due within 10 calendar days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Payments are accepted through authorised online payment gateways. All payments made are non-transferable and subject to these Terms and the agreed service scope.
4. Payment Liability
Where an agency is involved, both the Client and the agency shall be jointly and severally liable for payment obligations.
5. Service Delivery
Services are deemed delivered once execution has commenced or resources have been allocated. Delivery timelines may vary based on service nature, third-party dependencies, and client responsiveness.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all materials, content, and information provided to us.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us prior to raising any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation including service records and communications.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount received for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction at Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
No refunds shall be issued once the service has commenced, resources have been allocated, or work has been delivered either partially or fully.
Services involving third-party platforms, media distribution, digital campaigns, creative execution, or consultancy are non-refundable once initiated.
